CUSTOMER ANALYTICS.

Customer Analytics is the process by which data from customer behavior is used to help make business decisions by incorporating market segmentation and advanced predictive analytics algorithms. In Finance, it is used in understanding customer lifetime, over limit customers, increasing cross-sales, managing customer attrition as well as migrating customers to lower cost channels in a targeted manner.
